Compensation Specialist (f/m/x) EMEA

Your responsibilities

As Compensation Specialist (f/m/x) EMEA you administer compensation components in the EMEA region and support affiliates in strategic compensation design and analysis.
You independently handle moderate complexity tasks with gerneral supervision in a professional way. 
  • Evaluate job positions for fair compensation across EMEA 
  • Review and analyze compensation change requests 
  • Calculate salary ranges based on market data 
  • Conduct wage surveys, job pricing, and market analysis 
  • Support compensation projects in the EMEA region 
  • Communicate job evaluation strategies to stakeholders 
  • Travel: Occasional, based on project needs 

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience 
  • Active: Proactive in managing tasks and projects 
  • Supportive: Provide guidance and assistance to team members and affiliates 
  • Open: Communicate effectively and transparently with all levels  
  • Analytical: Strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis 
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities 
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required. Additionally, fluency in German will be an asset.
