Compensation Specialist (f/m/x) EMEA
Your responsibilities
As Compensation Specialist (f/m/x) EMEA you administer compensation components in the EMEA region and support affiliates in strategic compensation design and analysis.
You independently handle moderate complexity tasks with gerneral supervision in a professional way.
- Evaluate job positions for fair compensation across EMEA
- Review and analyze compensation change requests
- Calculate salary ranges based on market data
- Conduct wage surveys, job pricing, and market analysis
- Support compensation projects in the EMEA region
- Communicate job evaluation strategies to stakeholders
- Travel: Occasional, based on project needs
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Active: Proactive in managing tasks and projects
- Supportive: Provide guidance and assistance to team members and affiliates
- Open: Communicate effectively and transparently with all levels
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required. Additionally, fluency in German will be an asset.
