Deliveries and Returns
Schedule of our delivery service
We run our own delivery service which will reach any destination in the Benelux once a week in a fixed schedule. This will allow you to know exactly which weekday deliveries will be made at your premises. All deliveries with our own service are fee of charge. For urgent deliveries outside the schedule, transportation will be charged.
Returns
Our delivery service will also take care of any goods you may wish to return to us. Please call our sales- or service department and your shipment will be picked on the next day in the schedule. You may be asked to fill out a “Decontamination declaration” and fix this to the outside of the shipment.
Decontamination declaration
For the safety of our staff, we kindly ask you to correctly decontaminate equipment or parts that you wish to return to us. Our Quality Management System requires a Decontamination Form which you can download here.
Our drivers and warehouse personnel are instructed to refuse return shipments without this form attached to the outside. We kindly request your cooperation in assuring the health of our colleagues.
