POCTcast Episode 1: Fingerstick for D-dimer: Ready for Primary Care?
In this episode, Karin Zwaan and Johan Kaijim discuss the possibility of measuring D-dimer with a fingerstick in primary care. D-dimer helps rule out thrombosis and pulmonary embolism, and Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) now makes it possible to do this quickly in general practice.
