PS-10
The PS-10 automates cocktail making and sample preparation
- Standardization of your lab
- Compatible with all antibodies
- Program your own protocols and panels
- Track your samples
The PS-10 automates cocktail making and sample preparation. The system is compatible with virtually all antibody, cocktail, PBS, lysis and fixation reagent suppliers. Perhaps the incubation timer will become redundant, but more evident is the fact that pipetting errors are prevented. A professional who can fully concentrate on the core tasks. That's what the PS-10 is all about.
Standardize your sample preprocessing process
Inside the PS-10, the manual work is performed by a robotic arm. The pipetting work is carried out with precision by the built-in syringes. This interaction ensures more accuracy and therefore less variability in your results. The reliability of this is guaranteed by a QC module in the software.
Create your own protocols
Many labs follow the guidelines or use Laboratory-Developed Tests. Washing cells and adding antibodies are routine steps in these processes. As different as the protocols and panels might be, you can easily program them in the PS-10 software.
An efficient workflow
The PS-10 reduces the time that technicians spend on sample preparation. The unique integration with the Rotolavit II-S cell washing centrifuge contributes to this. As a result technicians can truly focus on the interpretation of the flow cytometry results. Not only will your specialists be relieved, the entire process will also be less prone to errors.
Traceability
All proceedings are recorded in the PS-10 software. Each sample handling, such as the added antibody or the incubation time, can be found in a report. In addition, the software records the lot number and shelf life of all antibodies and reagents. This eliminates the need to sign lists and keep track of other administrative matters, hereby contributing to full traceability in your lab.
