SOPAT ChocoScope
Discover the ChocoScope, a specialized probe designed for confectionery, cocoa and chocolate applications with a 220mm wetted length and easy-to-clean protection tube. Ideal for laboratory and production environments.
The protection tube with the endoscopic optics inside can be used instantly into the process. Particle size and shape data can be obtained via image analysis. There are various process connectors available, depending on the installation point.
